Yam and Fish Pepper Soup
Serves 2
Hello guys! This is one of my go to meals. It is so easy to make and quite filling. It is also healthy and if you eliminate the yam, you have a carb free meal. I like to add the carb once in a while because yam is one of my favorite things to eat! Pepper soup is really just fish/meat cooked in broth. What makes it different is adding the pepper soup spice that is a mixture of seeds/herbs that are specific to Nigeria and probably West Africa.
